To earn the certificate, you can attend the webinars live or view the recordings – or a combination of both. If you would like to earn the certificate now, you can purchase the notes and recordings from the last series presented in January and February 2023.

To earn and claim your certificate:

  1. View all four webinars (7 hours of training).
  2. Request your certificate via email from Heather Mansfield. Please include the key passphrases presented in each webinar and how you would like your name featured on the certificate.
  3. Your certificate will be emailed within 3-4 business days.
