Participants will learn how to create and maintain a content strategy, current best practices for the top-performing social media sites, and how to be an early adopter of emerging social media trends.
Based on 101 Digital Marketing & Fundraising Best Practices for Nonprofits, the certificate program requires the completion of four webinars. The webinars only cost $20-30 each so that nonprofit professionals worldwide can earn the certificate without having to make a significant financial investment.

To earn the certificate, you can attend the webinars live or view the recordings – or a combination of both. A link to the recording and a comprehensive set of notes are emailed to registrants 24-48 hours after each webinar is over. Please note that the live webinars for the certificate will not be presented again until January 2023.
To claim your certificate:
- Attend/view all four webinars
- Save your receipts and the secret passphrases presented in each webinar
- Request your certificate via email at the end of the fourth webinar from Heather Mansfield, founder and editor-in-chief of Nonprofit Tech for Good
