To earn the certificates, you can attend the webinars live or view the recordings – or a combination of both. Both certificate programs only cost $100 USD each so that nonprofit professionals worldwide can earn the certificates without having to make a significant financial investment.
1) Certificate in Social Media Marketing & Fundraising
Our Certificate in Social Media Marketing & Fundraising program covers the fundamentals of social media marketing and fundraising for your nonprofit. Participants will learn how to create and maintain a content strategy, current best practices for the top-performing social media sites, and how to be an early adopter of emerging social media trends. The total cost is $100 and the required four webinars are:

To claim your certificate:
- View required webinars
- Request your certificate via email from Heather Mansfield. Please include the key passphrases presented in each webinar and how you would like your name featured on the certificate.
- Your certificate will be emailed within 3-4 business days.
About recorded webinars:
A recording of each webinar is sent within 24 hours after the webinar is over. If you can not attend a webinar live, viewing the recording does apply toward earning a certificate. You can also purchase the most recent notes and recordings for the Digital Marketing & Fundraising Certificate and the Social Media Marketing & Fundraising Certificate.
The webinars for each certificate program are presented twice annually.
