This one-day intensive social media and mobile technology how-to training is ideal for nonprofit communications and development staff. Presented by Heather Mansfield of Nonprofit Tech 2.0, attendees will gain practical knowledge about how to successfully launch and maintain social media and mobile marketing campaigns for your nonprofit. Based upon her book Social Media for Social Good: A How-To Guide for Nonprofits, the training will present a comprehensive step-by-step strategy for integrating your Web 1.0, Web 2.0, and Web 3.0 campaigns in order to maximize ROI (Return on Investment).

With more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit communications and 15,000+ hours spent utilizing social and mobile media over the last six years, this training cuts through the hype and narrows in on the most important best practices and tools useful for your nonprofit.

All attendees will receive a copy of Heather’s book the day of the training and proceeds benefit goodnik.org.
